Training has already become some necessities for many people. Some people needs training to improve their skills. For example, language training for people who plan to live outside their countries or for students who plan to continue their school outside their countries. Some companies held a training session to familiarize their system or products to their new employees. For example new engineers needs training to understand how the machine works, or new sales and marketing needs training to understand the products they try to sell. It could be held for several hours, several days or several months, depends on the complexity that people will face after completing their training.

House Cleaning Schedule
Cleaning your house can be a daunting task if you are not organized. That’s the reason why you need to put some thought and make some planning, especially if you are a working mom or have to spend most of your time with your children.
There are some house cleaning activities that you can do everyday without consuming most of your day time, for example Wash the dishes, make your bed, send your clothes to laundry, clean the floors, clean the dust in every rooms. Probably there are others that you might put into your daily cleaning schedule. There are other activities that you have to do it once, twice, or three times a week. You should make a reminder of these activities to prevent you from skipping that tasks. Some examples of those non daily activities are vacuum your couch, clean out closets, clean refrigerator etc.
Daily Event Schedule
This is a one page schedule template that you can use to plan your one day event. Some examples of one day events are seminar, training, public lecture, concert, etc. Because this is a plain template, you should personalize it to make it more attractive. You can change the border styles, enlarge some important words, differentiate some font styles, put pictures etc.
If you use this template as part of multi-day events, make sure that you put date and day names on top of the table to prevent any duplicates when you sort it out. There are two templates you can choose and download. In the first template, you can add events based on fixed period of time. It is more suitable for training or lecture event. In the second template, you can write your event in description column, put additional information in speaker/notes column (you can change the column title), and put the period of each event in period column. This one is more flexible for seminar, or other non fixed time events.
4 Shift Schedule
It is very rare to find a company that implement a 4-shift schedule. But, for company that implement an overlapping job between each shift, this 4 shift schedule should become one option. For example, your company implement 8 hour shift schedule and wants at least 2 hour to handover the job, because you choose to have a small number of staffs and 2 hours is the optimum hour to handover the job because of its complexity. The problem of having this type of shift is to manage your staff working hours and non working days. You have to calculate it carefully to prevent your state working policy violation.
