These are templates for invoice papers created using Microsoft Word. It has general invoice information that you can personalize with your own company information. There are several designs you can choose before deciding the most suitable one.

The first invoice templates you can download below, as seen in picture at the left, are suitable for trading businesses or b2b type of businesses. If you have dedicated sales people who sell in quantities to corporate customers or agents, you can download this template and customize it. But, this invoice is suitable more to you if your customers have the same shipping address because it only accommodates single customer information.

This invoice template is much more simple and it is suitable to be used if your customers are paid in cash and they are in the same city as yours. As you can see in the template, there is no other column information available instead of billing and shipping information, invoice number, date and product details. You can delete the shipping information if the information is the same with your customers billing information.
