What is the definition of a business card? A common definition is, a business card is a small card that identify a person in connection with his or her company/business. Usually business cards is exchanged between two or more people when they meet for business meeting. But, since this card also become an identity card, people are tend to give their business cards in any occasion that they think the card is needed to strengthen their identity.

A good business card should convey the overall image of your business, since sometimes people will value your business or company based on your card. And also they will value yourself based on your position and also size of your company.

Basically, you can make a simple, or an artistic, or a unique business card to impress your new colleagues. But, you cannot forget the main purpose of business card. Like taking a picture in photography, you should make people easily pointing their eyes to your name and your contact number/email as the most important information people will find in the card.

This is a plain one page calendar where you can change its font and color, mark important dates, add background and others. I make the Monday to Saturday version. I will add other version later.

A purchase order (PO) is a commercial document issued by a buyer to a seller, indicating types, quantities, and agreed prices for products or services the seller will provide to the buyer. Sometimes, PO is not needed if the transaction only involve small companies or among trusted parties. But, for big companies where PO is part of their financial system, PO is a must. Sending a PO to a supplier constitutes a legal offer to buy products or services. Acceptance of a PO by a seller usually forms a one-off contract between the buyer and seller where no contract exists until the PO is accepted.
