Toilet cleaning checklist form is a form to help cleaning service people to control their toilet cleaning tasks. With this checklist, they can easily track which duties that are and aren’t completed within a day.

In public areas, like public transportation areas, malls, office buildings, toilets are parts of places that must be kept cleaned because of their frequent usages. Having them cleaned will give good images to those places and will make its visitors comfortable with the places. That’s the reason why you always see cleaning service people stay next to toilet doors because they are assigned to clean it every hour. And every time they clean or replace something they will check respective task on specific form that usually being sticked at the back of toilet door.

This cleaning checklist form is created for toilet cleaning purposes only. You will see main tasks that must be fulfilled, those are :

Refilling and Replacing Tasks

• Soap
• Paper Towels
• Toilet Papers
• Air Fresheners

Cleaning Tasks

• Mirror
• Wash Stand
• Toilet Seat
• Floor

Emptying Trash

In remarks column, you can put specific event or incident in that day. For example, you can type one wash stand is broken and need to be repair, or one of drainage is clogged, etc. This information will help your supervisor to follow up it quickly when they collect this form.

There are three models you can download, all are hourly based. And one sheet is allocated for one day tasks. This sheet needs to be replaced every day, it could be early in the morning or at the end of respective day’s shift.

The picture that you see in this article is the 3rd model which has additional information at the bottom of the form to write stocks that are being used. The first and second models have similar items except they have different title orientation.
