This is just a simple blank form template that you can put your weekly plan. You can start to make a better planner form based on this word templates. There are two forms available, 5 (five) workday planner, which has 5 time columns from Monday to Friday and 6 (six) workday planner. If you feel that the size is to small, you can extend it by dragging the column lines. Or you can change the paper size. Feel free to modify this printable templates.
