This restaurant waiting list form is a form that will help any small restaurants to manage their waiting list visitors. It is needed to prevent any disputes between visitors which could claim their arrivals are earlier than others. There are arrival time and serving time column inside this template to put time information related with those waiting guests. There are phone number column for contacting guests, just in case your restaurant is inside a mall, and your guests are shopping around because they will be served late for due to long queue. And when they have been served, you can mark them by checklist them in checklist column. And by seeing this checklist column, you can see quickly which guests that have been skipped because they cannot be contacted or cancel their plan to eat at your restaurant.
