Statement of Compliance (SoC) is a certification from any companies that specific requirements have been met. What requirements ? Usually some companies require other company or people who want to cooperate with them to fulfill their custom specification. Only companies or people that comply with their requirement can become their partner. The requirement can involve documents, technical specification, financial report and many others. And it will vary across any companies.
