Halloween is a celebration observed on 31st October in many countries. It is widely believed that this tradition is come from Celtic harvest festivals where it is adopted into Halloween that we know nowadays. There are plenty of activities that can be done to celebrate this day. Like trick-or-treating, costume party, carving pumpkins into jack-o-lanterns, lighting bonfires, visiting haunted attractions, watching horror films etc. Some ceremonies are held as well, like attending church services and lighting candles on the graves of the dead.
The most obvious one that many people will see in this day is people wandering around wearing famous horror character costumes, like witch costumes. Or, perhaps skeleton costumes or wearing zombie makeups. And you might receive invitation to join your friend’s Halloween party with wearing those costumes as its dress codes. And there are some open parties you can attend as well as you might see some cafes or hotels are sticking some posters to join or purchase Halloween party package.
