And you have to be patient on waiting your turn except you go to the emergency services in a hospital.

There are well-organized system when you visit a doctor in hospital. The registration desk will ask your name, birth date, membership ID to access your medical record or your visit history before they give you a queueing number. They will write it manually in a piece of paper or directly typing in their hospital software system. And If you are visiting doctors in their own clinics, you should be served by their nurses or assistant where they will write your name or they will ask you to write your name in a sign in sheet and ask you to seat to wait for your turn.
